Gluten Free Ranch Breaded Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
Ranch mixture
- 1 tbs Ranch powder
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
Chicken
- 1.5 lbs Chicken breasts
Breading mixture
- 8 oz Gluten free bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Ranch powder
- 2 oz Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Directions
Prepare chicken and marinade 10 minutes

Cut the chicken breasts into tenders. I aim to get about 4-5 tenders per breast.

Combine 0.5 cup milk, 1 tbs ranch powder, and 1 egg, and pour into a shallow pyrex dish.

Place the chicken tenders into the dish, ensuring to coat all of the tenders in the marinade.

Let the chicken sit for 20 minutes.
Coat the chicken in breading 5 minutes

In a medium bowl (preferably one with a lid), mix olive oil, bread crumbs, ranch powder, salt, and pepper.

Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade and add them to the bowl. Place a lid on the bowl and toss to cover the chicken tenders with the bread crumbs.
Bake the chicken 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.

Remove the chicken from the bowl and place onto a baking sheet.

Bake the chicken for 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
